“Ready-to-eat products for sushi” series are used right after being thawed. They offer the original fresh flavor throughout the year.
Domestically caught fresh seafood mainly in Sanriku coast area are quickly processed as sushi-topping, and frozen with CAS freezing technology. They can be used immediately after thawing without any additional preparation at the restaurants. This contributes to solve the issue of lacking manpower foodservice industry is surfacing.
CAS* freezing process make it possible to storage the products for long time without loosing any excellent taste and flavor of high quality of seafood harvested in Sanriku-Onagawa area.
The facility combining a CAS machine and a tunnel freezer, which Senrei was the first company to install in the world, has enabled the mass-production of high quality products, “CAS FRESH”.
