Seasonal catches landed at Onagawa port in Sanriku area are processed in the same day of landing at the factory certified FFSC22000 while they are still fresh. Using the good old recipes created by Mom in Onagawa, called as a professional of cooking, the fishes are simmered with ginger and mild soy-sauce flavor.
The fishes are cooked for puffed meat and soften bones keeping the savors they originally had. Any aged people from children to elderly people, enjoy since no preservatives or no chemical seasonings are used.
The tray package is microwavable which saves your time for washing dishes.

How to Prepare
