Onagawa Ajillo – Scallops

Herb-infused olive oil and a few seasonings are used to enhance the flavor scallops originally have.
A jar with big pieces of plumpy scallops is filling item.


Enjoy them eating with wine, sake (Japanese rice wine), or other alcohol drinks.
Olive oil soaking scallops can be used for making pasta dishes or dressing.

Onagawa Ajillo – Sea Squirts

Sea squirts harvested in their best season are produced mild flavor giving acid taste of dried tomatoes. This item is enjoyed even by those who don’t usually choose sea squirts.


Enjoy them eating as they are along with wine, sake (Japanese rice wine) or other alcohol drinks. It is recommended to use olive oil soaking sea squirts along with meats for pasta.

Onagawa Ajillo – Octopus

Octopus grown in Sanriku Sea are cooked with garlic to make the item an addictive taste. By adding vinegar to olive oil soaking octopus, the tasty dressing can be prepared.


It is recommended to eat them as they are along with wine, sake (Japanese sake) and/or other alcohol drinks. Olive oil soaking octopus can be used for stair-flied rice and dressing.
